Việc cài đặt, đăng ký hoặc sử dụng CentriX App đồng nghĩa với việc bạn chấp nhận ràng buộc bởi các điều khoản dưới đây. Vui lòng đọc kỹ trước khi tiếp tục. By installing, registering for, or using CentriX App, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Định nghĩa / Definitions
"CentriX App": Phần mềm desktop và các thành phần đi kèm do Công ty Cổ phần Truyền thông CentriX Media ("Công ty") phát triển. "CentriX App": The desktop software and accompanying components developed by CentriX Media Corporation ("Company").
"Thiết bị": Máy tính cá nhân hoặc máy ảo do người dùng sở hữu hoặc kiểm soát. "Device": A personal computer or virtual machine owned or controlled by the user.
2. Giới hạn thiết bị / Device Limits
Liên kết tối đa 3 thiết bị cho mỗi giấy phép. You may link up to 3 devices per license.
Chỉ được đăng nhập và sử dụng 1 thiết bị tại cùng một thời điểm. Only one device may be actively logged in and using the Service at any given time.
Hệ thống sẽ tự động đăng xuất các thiết bị khác khi vượt giới hạn. The system will automatically sign out other devices when the limit is exceeded.
3. Tài nguyên được mã hoá / Encrypted Resources
Toàn bộ token, khoá và tệp được CentriX App mã hoá end‑to‑end. All tokens, keys, and files are end‑to‑end encrypted by CentriX App.
Cấm tuyệt đối mọi hành vi giải mã, can thiệp, đảo ngược (reverse‑engineering) hoặc trích xuất trái phép. Any attempt to decrypt, tamper with, reverse‑engineer, or unlawfully extract resources is strictly prohibited.
Vi phạm sẽ dẫn đến cấm vĩnh viễn và không hoàn tiền. Violations will result in a permanent ban with no refund.
4. Extension CentriX
CentriX App có sẵn Extension CentriX – mô‑đun bảo mật bắt buộc. CentriX App includes the CentriX Extension, a mandatory security module.
Không được xoá, tắt hoặc sửa đổi Extension CentriX. You must not delete, disable, or modify the CentriX Extension.
Xoá hoặc vô hiệu hoá sẽ dẫn đến cấm vĩnh viễn và không hoàn tiền. Removal or deactivation will result in a permanent ban with no refund.
5. Quy tắc sử dụng bổ sung / Additional Usage Rules
Không chia sẻ tài khoản, khoá API hoặc giấy phép cho bên thứ ba. Do not share your account, API keys, or license with third parties.
Không sử dụng Dịch vụ cho mục đích vi phạm pháp luật, phát tán mã độc, nội dung trái phép. Do not use the Service for illegal activities, malware distribution, or prohibited content.
Các chương trình khuyến mãi hoặc giảm giá có thể bị thay đổi hoặc chấm dứt bất cứ lúc nào theo quyết định của Công ty. Promotional or discount programs may be modified or terminated at any time at the Company's sole discretion.
Chương trình nạp tiền (top‑up) và ưu đãi liên quan có thể thay đổi hoặc kết thúc mà không cần thông báo trước. Top‑up incentives may be changed or ended without prior notice.
Cấm truy xuất hoặc đánh cắp cookie/token bằng tiện ích hoặc script của bên thứ ba; vi phạm sẽ bị cấm vĩnh viễn và không hoàn tiền. Prohibited to extract or steal cookies/tokens via third-party extensions or scripts; violation leads to a permanent ban with no refund.
Giới hạn truy vấn (đối với các phần mềm AI chatbot): Nếu thực hiện ≥ 3 truy vấn chat đồng thời tài khoản sẽ tạm khóa; ≥ 5 truy vấn đồng thời sẽ bị cấm vĩnh viễn và không hoàn tiền nhằm bảo vệ dịch vụ. Query rate limits (for AI chatbot software): Performing 3 or more concurrent chat requests will result in a temporary lock; 5 or more concurrent requests will lead to a permanent ban with no refund to protect the Service.
Mọi hành vi spam, gian lận hoặc lạm dụng khuyến mãi (ví dụ: tạo tài khoản ảo để "farm" ưu đãi) sẽ dẫn đến cấm vĩnh viễn và không hoàn tiền. Any spam, fraud, or abuse of promotions (e.g., creating fake accounts to "farm" incentives) will result in a permanent ban with no refund.
6. Chính sách hoàn tiền / Refund Policy
Điều kiện yêu cầu: Gửi yêu cầu hoàn tiền trong vòng 14 ngày kể từ ngày thanh toán gần nhất và tài khoản không vi phạm Điều khoản. Eligibility: Submit refund requests within 14 days of the most recent payment, provided the account is not in violation of these Terms.*
Phạm vi hoàn tiền: Hoàn lại phần phí chưa sử dụng (tính theo số ngày còn lại của gói) sau khi trừ phí xử lý (nếu có). Scope: Refunds cover the unused portion of the subscription (pro‑rated by remaining days) minus any processing fees.*
Quy trình: Gửi email tới [email protected] với tiêu đề
[Refund Request], nêu mã giao dịch và lý do. CentriX phản hồi ≤ 5 ngày làm việc; hoàn tiền ≤ 7 ngày làm việc kể từ khi chấp thuận. Procedure: Email [email protected] with subject[Refund Request], providing transaction ID and reason. CentriX responds within 5 business days; refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.*Loại trừ / No‑Refund Cases:
Tài khoản bị cấm tạm thời hoặc vĩnh viễn do vi phạm Điều khoản (ví dụ: chia sẻ tài khoản, xoá Extension CentriX, vượt giới hạn truy vấn, spam khuyến mãi, gian lận affiliate…). Accounts temporarily or permanently banned for TOS violations (e.g., account sharing, removing the CentriX Extension, exceeding query limits, promotion spam, affiliate fraud, etc.).
Gói dịch vụ đã sử dụng hết thời hạn hoặc số lượt. Plans whose time or quota has been fully consumed.
Yêu cầu được gửi sau 14 ngày kể từ thanh toán gần nhất. Requests submitted more than 14 days after the most recent payment.
Thanh toán thuộc chương trình khuyến mãi hoặc gói dùng thử. Payments made under promotional or trial programs. Exclusions: No refunds for fully consumed plans or accounts permanently banned for TOS violations.*
7. Chương trình cộng tác viên / Affiliate Program
Hoa hồng 10 % trên giá trị thanh toán ròng của khách hàng do bạn giới thiệu. A 10 % commission on the net payment value of customers you refer.
Hoa hồng được ghi có sau 14 ngày kể từ giao dịch, nếu đơn hàng không hoàn tiền. Commission is credited 14 days after the transaction, provided no refund is issued.
Ngưỡng rút: 200 000 VNĐ hoặc 10 USD; thanh toán qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng hoặc khấu trừ vào phí dịch vụ. Payout threshold: 200,000 VND or 10 USD; paid via bank transfer or offset against service fees.
Gian lận (tự mua qua liên kết, hoàn tiền vòng lặp, bot traffic…) ⇒ huỷ hoa hồng & cấm vĩnh viễn và không hoàn tiền. Fraudulent activities (self‑purchases, refund loops, bot traffic, etc.) ⇒ commission forfeiture & permanent ban with no refund.
8. Tạm ngưng & chấm dứt / Suspension & Termination
Công ty có quyền tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản khi phát hiện vi phạm Điều khoản. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts upon any violation of these Terms.
Việc chấm dứt không ảnh hưởng đến quyền yêu cầu bồi thường của Công ty. Termination does not waive the Company's right to seek damages.
9. Miễn trừ & giới hạn trách nhiệm / Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Dịch vụ được cung cấp "nguyên trạng"; Công ty không bảo đảm không lỗi hoặc không gián đoạn. The Service is provided "as‑is"; the Company does not warrant error‑free or uninterrupted operation.
Công ty không chịu trách nhiệm đối với bất kỳ mất mát, hư hỏng hoặc khôi phục dữ liệu nào của bạn khi sử dụng Dịch vụ. The Company is not liable for any loss, corruption, or restoration of your data while using the Service.
Trong mọi trường hợp, trách nhiệm của Công ty tối đa bằng tổng phí bạn đã thanh toán trong 12 tháng gần nhất. In no event shall the Company's liability exceed the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Sửa đổi điều khoản / Amendments
Công ty có thể cập nhật Điều khoản; chúng tôi sẽ thông báo ít nhất 7 ngày trước khi có hiệu lực. The Company may update these Terms; we will notify you at least 7 days prior to effectiveness.
11. Luật áp dụng & giải quyết tranh chấp / Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật Việt Nam. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh sẽ được giải quyết tại Toà án có thẩm quyền tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam. Disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Bằng việc tiếp tục sử dụng Dịch vụ, bạn xác nhận đã đọc, hiểu và đồng ý với Điều khoản này. By continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
